When you see a title like above what comes to your mind?
Home made beer I do not know if really to call it beer. Well, call it in any name and it will smell as sweet. The picture above is of homemade beer from honey and pressed sugarcanes, and then it is fermented in the kind of pot as you can see by the help of a fruit from a local tree.
Some of these cultures are dying out and if you are out there interested in making of documentaries of practises that are slowly dying out just get in touch with me and I will take you to a cultural discovery that nobody knows it exists.

Its sounds so sweet because of its ingredient . Does it have any side effect? I will try it at my home place. Do I need anything else apart form sugarcane and honey?
